Now that we have discussed your passion, your plan and being in the right mindset, having self discipline and focus, now we must learn how to be consistent with our goal.
Don’t be satisfied with doing just your 50% effot.
Give it your best shot at all times, and do it this way everyday.
The progress might be slow, but if you keep doing it each day, you will certainly get there, slowly but surely.
When we are doing something for the first time, we don’t always learn it right away.
But if we are eager enough to learn it, we will strive each day to exert more effort into doing it better than we did the other day.
Make up your mind that you will do this today and every day and you will not give up.
Don’t change your mind every other day, doing your best today and being lousy the next day, this will get you nowhere and will slow down our progress to our 10k lifestyle.
It’s a big world out there, and unless you learn to strive each day consistently it will be a rough ride for you. Successful people don’t get tired easily, they work hard each day without any complains, they keep their focus and push harder each day for victory.
Like i said earlier, do things one step at a time. And do it everyday. Exert the same effort everyday and you will see that it will all pay off.
Remember the plan and stick that plan each day.
It’s all about the right mental attitude. If you believe you can do it, then you most certainly can.
But if you look at yourself as a failure, then maybe you are.
Think of yourself as a winner, and think about how you will stay as a winner and not get left behind by everyone else in this race of life.
It’s easy to keep pushing, we will get tired and distracted. But don’t let that be an excuse for not trying again each day.
Keep doing it until you finally get the rhythm, until you finally get it right.
Because if you give up right away, how will you know how things would’ve turned out
If only you worked a bit harder and waited just a little longer?
For example, you know your weaknesses right?
Make it a daily habit to fight your weakness, even just by tiny efforts each day.
Let’s say your weakness is sleeping. It is very hard to wake up early in the morning for work. But if you teach yourself each day to be positive the moment you open your eyes,tha and get up with a smile, and do this every single morning, you will finally get used to it.
And you will see as the days go by that you are finally learning to get up easily in the morning without having to drag yourself up to get to work.
It’s all about maintaining the effort each day, and keeping up with it until we finally reach our goal.
It just doesn’t happen overnight, so we need to be firm with our objective.
We need to stand our ground that we will make things happen each and everyday, without letting things distract us or get in our way of reaching our goals.
Our consistency is one major factor in reaching our goals.
It is what helps keep us in line with our daily routines, and rules we have set for ourselves to achieve that target.
We need to know our limits and boundaries, and keep a clear mind towards success.
