Many successful business owners have this kind of mental attitude.
They understand that not everyone makes it big during their first try and that it is okay to fail, what matters is that they tried and they can always try again until they succeed.
Our mindset also affects how we interact with other people. It plays a big role on how we handle our relationships with other people whether personal or work related.
People with a growth mindset sees criticism as a learning phase, and works to improve himself than sit around and sulk all day.
I believe our mental attitude affects our whole being as well, because when we have a positive mental attitude, there should be no hindrance for us to excel on what we want to pursue in life and leads us to healthy relationships with the people around us.

Having a fixed mindset means staying focused on a certain goal leaving no room for mistakes, while a growth mindset offers more room for learning everyday.
Both can lead to positive results but a fixed mindset in my opinion is like being too hard on yourself. In life, we need to understand that some things may or may not work out the way we expect them to.
Some doors close with no further notice and though it may startle you, a person with a growth and calm mindset will take this as a challenge and an opportunity to learn more about his or her strengths.
Some people are yet to develop a mindset of their own, that is why it is difficult for them to make decisions on their own or realize their worth or what their good at.
We need to set our mental attitude into maximum level, to think that we are great and can conquer anything life may throw at us.
Keep in mind that we were born not to be perfect, we are humans and we make mistakes. Set our minds to realize that in order to succeed in life, we must fail first.
Life is not all that easy, nobody ever said it was and as long as we have a positive outlook, it shouldn’t be too hard to reach our goals and dreams.
That’s why our mindset is very important, and plays a huge factor in our mental well being for us to stay focused and positive in whatever endeavors we may have in life.
It reflects how we live, how we interact with people in our lives and how we take the curve balls life throws at us.
And when we finally develop a clear and positive mindset, we can be sure to never miss anything that we aim for in life, may it be goals, dreams or work related matters.
It will affect our children too and how they will become parents one day.
How they saw us as parents impacts how we set our mental attitude, and it can be in a negative and positive way.
They will believe what we want them to believe and they will carry that later in life and on to their future family. So not only will affect us but the people around us.
